IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Individuals registering as students must be currently enrolled in a university program. Proof of ID will be required at entry. ​

​Mailed registrations should include a completed form (see below) and payable check made out to ASPA SOFL SECoPA 2025 to c/o Glenn Joseph, 6645 Evergreen Drive, Miramar, FL 33023.

​​Registration cancelations may be made until August 1, 2025, but a fee of $25 will be assessed. Any cancelation request after August 10, 2025, must be made in writing to the Conference Chair for consideration. Only serious and unforeseen situations will be considered for any refund after that date. Substitutions are allowed so long as notification is given in a timely manner. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days after the conference has concluded.

SECoPA will strive to host inclusive and accessible events which will enable participants to engage and participate under the American Disability Act (ADA). If a registrant needs a sign language interpreter, requests should be made at least two (2) months prior to the start of the conference so that reasonable accommodation can be made.
